Back in the stand. Moved it this after noon where I keep seeing does and buck cross the creek to go to there bedding across the street. And they feed in the back of this field because the hill covers them from the road.. here’s to hoping IMG_1271.JPG

I would be curious how your squirrel ninja skills will help you drag said deer out after you gutted it. Lol

Ordered a hunting pack last night, tired of stuffing pockets only to empty them at end of hunt and restuff them next hunt. Been doing that for 12 years.

Thought I had ordered one before. Open up closet and there it is, tags still on it and everything.

I buy so much gotta have stuff that I never use. Like a hoarder of the new or something.

So get to send the new one back when I go back to work.

Good grief, be better off covering yourself as best as possible and run it down with a 4 wheeler a few times.

That's pretty much like the area I hunt, if it hasn't been mowed before gonna take forever to cut a trail. One of the reasons I haven't been able to hang a stand where I want to. Tried without cutting a trail once made it in about 6 feet and got so tangled in briars it took me 3 times as long to get out as it did to get in that far.

Alright Dan!! Welcome back to the party!!

Our only rule is....don't be like Mike!

If you shoot a buck, you cannot leave us hanging (Like Mike, and Oly44, ), you have to show us a picture. I know you are on the show and stuff...but the rule still applies! LOL!!

That looks exactly like the crap I hunt! It took me a while to perfect a route through the thick stuff , but I found somewhat of a clearing within it to hunt. That's where the deer are in my area, the thick stuff!

I’m finding almost like “rooms” in here. I’m going to cut a few more trails leading in to this main trunk and throw a blind up. May not work this year but I’ve hunted dumber spots. You can see the transition from the timber to the thick in the first pic. 2nd is an open spot inside the thick 23A7BA3D-18A0-4D82-9134-ABCA9FEBE0F8.jpeg B6EBE472-4E81-456E-BD44-37060CDDD768.jpeg
