OK, boys! It's big buck tome for me. I have Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week off to hunt. Following week, the same three days. Bucks in my area in PA have been chasing does for a week so, I hope I'm not too late to catch them. I dislike when they have does lockdown all day and no one is moving. I'll be only shooting a buck at this point. Then target does again in the late season. Will keep you all posted and congrats to everyone scoring so far!
Thanks! Been a struggle this year. I have passed 130s and 140s for 6 years to try and shoot a 160s but i decided to shoot a decent buck this year and I have blown it twice now. Injuring a deer is the worst feeling. I looked for that deer for 12 hours total and couldn't find him. Pretty sure I saw him the other night but I hope he does live or I can get another shot at him.
Took a doe down boys. She's on the board. Now need to see if I get a good buck. Seen a ton of nice 8s. 110-120" deer. But I'm gonna wait it out and see if I can find something bigger. Got 4 more days down here. Then it's prime time in Canada when I get back. So I'll hold the arrows until I see something bigger.
I was close on a beautiful 10pt tonight. Pic dosent do him justice. Had him at 20yds but couldn’t get a clean shot and didn’t want to risk it. Then he bedded down about 60yds away, got back up and walked off. I tried everything when he got back pretended he didn’t hear me and wandered off. Back after him in the pm in the climber again. I’ll be out hard from Friday evening till the following Friday, trying to put a tag around a big Pa buck. It’s been several years since I filled both my Ohio and Pa buck tag, prob will shoot a doe along the way if given the chance. Good luck fellas my cams are showing all kinds of new bucks showing up and moving all times of the day.

This is my last day then it’s 9 days off then 3 on then 4 off (shotgun season) then 3 on then 4 off (thanksgiving). So out of next 23 days I’m of 17! This day can’t get over fast enough lol.
