    I'm gonna let this next cold front roll through then get after it probably Wednesday. Made the decision to bring the 8 to the taxidermist he deserves a spot on the wall. Still waiting on my 9 from last year to come home.

    I'm contemplating calling sick or using some comp time built up and trying to move in on my overall #1 and #2 at my place Thursday morning as a NE wind is predicted till about 11am....be MONEY for the money stand......

    Well scored him 3 times all within half an inch of eachother so took the middle set. 125 5/8

    In like 5 days, down here will turn into chaos. Getting my second tag today, had way to much to do yesterday. This morning will be the same with getting stuff done. But soon enough I'll be back in the stand in no time. Rained all night so goodbye scent from yesterday. Best believe I'll be in a stand all day on the 7th, great day to be in the woods!

    Interesting technique, I typically just chute em but if they get close enough thumping them probably runs less chance of meat damage. LOL :)
