    I’ve been settled in for 20 mins. Legal time is 7:45 this morning. Had more water than I thought I would have to walk through. Entry wasn’t as quite as I would have liked. 31 degrees. Winds calming down from yesterday. Saw does crossing the road where I hunt. Going the opposite way but hopefully that’s a sign they are moving. Not much is going to get a pass from me today. Still 100 post behind on catching up so good luck to those who have killed. Good luck to those out today.

    Wind is crazy, cant make up its mind which way it wants to blow. Creek is going strong, ground is wet and masked any noise on the way in. No deer yet.

    No,no,no not considering the cleanup I did after last wind event. Huge temp drop, 60 at 1 a.m. to 32 with Feel like 0 now.

    On a ridge with a bunch of little knobs and saddle that don’t show up on topo. One leads out to an abandoned pasture. This main ridge leads to 4 or 5 other big ridges. Hopefully get some bucks checking the downwind side of this old pasture. Or just coming back to bed in it.

    Between getting turned around in a honey suckle thicket bc of the snow and opening frozen ground blind zippers I don't have much hope. Feel like I should have used an sir horn on my way in to cover any noise . Beautiful morning though[​IMG]
