If a climber is used in this tree, it is only going to about 15 feet. It then splits, and that is why I like it. The split a offers some extra cover?

Workers finally stopped messing around on those fields from the sound of it. Bet they move soon.

Im run and gun rattle and grunt for the next 2 weeks. Sometimes will hurt. Sometimes will help. Nothing to lose right now in my opinion. It can make a slow hunt a heck or a hunt in an instant.

Haven't been out, but I'll use the can and grunt regardless of when it is if I see a buck or just get bored. I've never actually witnessed it have adverse effects, usually when I have a visual they either look and walk off or just ignore it altogether.

In the stand! Oct 28 at0730 was a good day on camera. 4 different small bucks cruised by here. Morning seems to be the time but I'm here regardless. Spitting rain and sleet north wind and about 34 degrees.

I bet it is marked for a logging operation. Maybe one color to mark the cut boundary area and another color showing if that tree gets harvested or left behind.
