    Finally got around to checking the chip that i pulled off my ground blind setup last night on the way back to the truck. This dude is nice. Hoping to catch him today in day light!

    Heading back this afternoon to sit over the huge scrape I found. I"ll be live here once I get settled.

    Good luck on the track TDK...The blood looks great to start with. Hopefully he caught something lethal and not the infamous "no man's land". Keep us updated!!

    Doubtful if he went 200 yds. Spine shock likely. Keep on him though.

    Though to gauge the total blood loss from a couple pics, but if substantial, could be headed for water.

    Bad part about that shot is the high entry. They can go a long ways and not bleed. Definitely sounds like clipped the spine. If it was above the spine there wouldn't be any bubbles. It's lethal, just a matter of find. Keep at it!

    Good luck TDK! I had planned on doing a scout ground hunt on a new piece of public this afternoon. Unfortunately, the toddler started a stomach bug last night and I woke up with it this morning. Working on carving the kids’ pumpkins this morning. Hoping to get in a morning hunt next Saturday but a few days after that, we are meeting my parents at Disney World for the kids fall break. I may not be back out until Nov 9. Good luck everyone!

    The pic before last looks like he's starting to clot. If arrow broke off inside of him the more he moves the more damage he does unless in bone. I shot a buck high behind shoulder rt side. He snapped shaft and when I found him the broad head had turned in him and exited next to his anal opening on the left side with 6 " of shaft still in him.
    Most bleeding is probably inside of him. Track for blood but foot prints and plant disturbance as well. Good Luck.
