Back in!! Had a good sit this morning but no shot opportunity. Had a small 8 pointer feeding around me for an hour or so. Few other does just out of range. Well no more tags filled. Shame I can’t shoot multiple bucks. Seems like that’s what’s been giving me the opportunities lately. Had 2 legal bucks walk up on me. One 8 was respectable. I would have let him have it. Best part was they had no idea I was there and kept on with their business. I hate spooking deer. Just came across this photo when I was clearing unwanted pics from my phone. This is the spot my buck was standing when I shot him. He was just to the left of the small branch that makes a v on the crooked tree. He entered the field at top of picture and never had a shot until he cleared that tree.
