    Well I was hoping to get out this evening but United airlines had other plans. Hopefully I will be able to sneak out after work on a more consistent basis. Time will tell.

    I was hoping to get out tonight too. I had the go ahead to be able to sneak out of work early but family and life gets in the way sometimes. Looks like a great cold front coming in too.

    that is the truth. I just got back home from San Diego and now headed to Norfolk VA tomorrow. ON TOP OF everything there is a cool front coming in this weekend. AAAHHHHH

    I've been in Indiana for work the last few days.
    That's too much driving!
    I'm going to try and get out tomorrow night and again Saturday morning.
    Hockey has us busy this weekend too.

    Well guys, this is my third sit in Kentucky. Yesterday afternoon I had a group of does come in and park right under me. They meandered off east and beefed 40 yards away. They finally got up, went to the small pond and then crossed into the wood patch to the north.

    This morning I watched a nice buck walk west to east to that pond and then cross into the woods to the north.

    I am now in the edge of those woods to the north.

    It's been raining for hours now but it's supposed to stop at three and by 6:00 the temp is going to drop 15 degrees from when I got here.

    The second pic is where I was.

    The third is where I am now.

    The first pic is the view of the edge and you can see where the small pond is.

    I should add that while I'm watching the field I'm not focusing on that. There is a rub line in the woods that parallels the edge and whatever made those tine gouges six feet up that big cedar ain't little.
