Good day gentlemen! Started a new position recently and it’s been full throttle so been super busy. Gator hunting wasn’t great just small stuff less than 8 feet so we let them alone. Had a blast though and was a great weekend away with friends and family so that made it a great trip!
I just spent a few days in Destin on the beach. We stayed at the Henderson Resort. Pretty cool place with an amazing beach and pools. Some friends of ours have a plane and asked us if we wanted to go to Florida for a few days and we jumped at the chance. From our little airport to Destin was just 4 hours. They had some great local beers and the food was outstanding. That is the first time I have ever spent much time in Florida and really enjoyed it. We golfed on Saturday and the starter told us that they trap all the gators off the club property and move them. I should have found out where they put them for you!
If rednecks have gone to driving Porshe's and Mercedes, it might be. But, the place we stayed in was pretty darn nice. I have been extremely blessed to have traveled all over the world and was actually impressed with what little bit of Destin and the crystal beach we saw. I would go back there again and stay at the same place. We basically relaxed at the beach and spa and drank until our "check liver" lights came on.
Their name for themselves not mine. The Riveria part is for the $ the Red Neck is the location, Northern Florida the further the go north in Florida the further "south" you are going.
Ha! I see that now. Had to look it up. The Emerald Coast also. It was some of the finest white sand and clearest water you can find anywhere.
Went thru there on a boat I liked it a lot poor girls can not afford a swim suit that fits their cheecks show.
