    Still have about 45 minutes before I get down. I saw some does out at the field edge at daylight but they didn't come my way.

    About 30 minutes I watched a little 8 point stroll by.

    Season opens in Missouri Sunday so it'll be time to try there. I'll most likely come back to Kentucky the weekend of the 28th.

    Man I can't believe the season will open in three weeks. All I want for deer season is a mature six pointer. I know it is weird but I just want a crack at a big old six point.

    Brother I left for work yesterday at 530pm and got home at 1pm today. Talk about awful. Never ending crap storm.

    That'd be sweet! I had a ground encounter with a perfect big 6 in Illinois, but there was a 120", 8 pt minimum per the outfitter. I was very tempted to shoot, and pay the $500 fine to the outfitter.

    This was supposed to be live, but I deleted Tapatalk from my phone. I got a nice doe this morning. She shrunk a bit after I tracked her down, but she is still a nice one. Had a really big doe earlier, but she hit the trail I walked in on and headed the wrong direction. I had her at 25 yards, but she was quartering to, or had her head in the way licking her side. Saw 5 does and one spotted fawn. It was a great morning. Will post a pic in a bit
