Our property boarders 14 other properties and WTH there's always someone selling,dying and I have to deal with yet another new yahoo. They guy right next door I'm fencing out and yesterday another off a different road. So I was driving by our place real slow on the main road checking out the frontage. I get to the tiny little house on the corner line and the guy calls out " can I help you?" No I own this land. He says so you own that blue house. No I own the 411' between their land and yours. He'd purchased a tiny house on a postage stamp lot. Then he acts like he's trying to figure out the line I said my many signs are clear to see. Actually the ones next to your house were but I see they are now missing. I'll be back down to fix that. Then he says so and so says he owns between you and me I said he has a purchased ROW of 50 ' I said to be honest I'm surprised your house isn't partially in his ROW. If not it's darn close. Theres a survey post right there. Yep no survey (eye roll) Then it comes. He's kind of a ****. Complained my dogs were running and I asked if I could bow hunt that 50'. What the F! I'm sitting there shaking my head NO, and he says the guy says no. Really no ****e. 50' with houses lining your side and Oh only my land to shoot into. I let him know NO ONE is to be on my place I'm a bow hunter and hunt this. He will never see my vehical because I access the place from the top. You'll never know I'm there. So now I have to re sign and let him see me putting up cameras. Dogs running,ya because the last owner with dogs here blaming the kids for letting them out ended up in court for the dog putting a walker in the hospital. Dead dog court ordered.
Watching the morning news, people in the Twin Cities shooting other people. There was a guy in St Paul that went out of his house to see if he could help people that were involved in an accident in front of his house. A Husband, a Father, a good semartitan got shot and killed for his effort.
OMG my rants not done yet . It's just starting ,2 1/2 weeks out and they are starting . Caught a guy and his dog walking past my cam in the middle of our place. WTH we live here!! The guy was moving too fast just got his jeans and arm but his little whippet type dog is clear. Looks like the new guys dog and they live on a comp!etely different road a half mile away!!
That would piss me off to no end, you buy property pay taxes on it and some jack ass thinks it is a public park to walk his dog.
I agree, if the property is well posted, or, if posted notifications have been illegally removed, charges should be filed.
Seeing people park in handicapped spots that either don't have proper tags, or someone borrowing the tag and not needing it gets me very vocal to them. Same with people who sit in a running car along the curb in a fire lane zone. I've been known to ask people to move their cars when they do this. I have also taken pics/video of cars in handicapped spots and send to police departments.
Hope you don't mind if I add on to this... Walmart and other big box stores. They have a huge area designated for fire lane. The dipshits that park there should be publicly flogged

Parking lot etiquette. The misuse of handicap space, spitting before / exiting the store and the lazy m/ fer' s who leave their cart in a parking spot. These 3 things have got me close to going fist to cusps.
Viking fans that say the Packers can never beat the vikings, look at the all time series between the teams, the Packers still have an advantage in wins in the series so that is obviously wrong. The stupid look on their face when you explain that to them just makes me shake my head. Don't come to me and talk stupidly and say I am an ass by explaining that you are wrong. Better yet just don't talk to me.
