Alright guys, my season starts tomorrow! I will be hunting tomorrow evening. I haven't found a buck yet, but I'm sure I will once I start hunting. Tomorrow I'm hunting some known buck areas and mostly just observation. But there are alot of does in the area also, so if I get a good shot, I will take a doe also. Our early season starts on Saturday, I won't be out for the opener though. Headed to a bear stand Saturday evening, working the night shift Friday night into Saturday morning so I'll be going home after to catch a few ZzZzZz's. I will be out Monday morning for a few hours after the night shift though!! Good luck to all that can be in a stand.
First shooter buck came by tonight! He was full velvet. Just out of range, then walked off. Then at dark walking back to truck, I ran right into him at 10 yards. I was only 50 yards from my truck. Pretty sure I screwed that area up tonight. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Our season opens up on Saturday. Probably won't make it to the stand until October though. Still haven't really located any bucks on my place. This may be one of those years where I have to call an audible and do some public land hunting. Only time will tell.
I'm heading up to Wisconsin this weekend to try and get my fiance a public land deer. Her grandma owns some property near the Wisconsin Dells and there are a few chunks of public that we'll hit. The only thing that sucks is that we're missing a nice cold front by 2 days...But hey, low-mid 70's is good enough for me!
