Hi there forum. I’m new to bow hunting, going into my 3rd season this year. I decided after reading this and other forums for many years for tips and reviews that I should become part of the conversation. My hunting buddy and I have been hunting a fairly large piece of property in Marengo County, Al for the past 5 years. In our 30’s, we are the youngest of the club with an average age of 50. Nothing at all against the wiser more experienced guys here though. We have become interested in finding other hungry bowhunting millennials to share our passion and drive to join us in talking hunting and scouting most of the year when we’re not hunting and scouting.
Welcome. Good crew here with lots of knowledge and opinion. Fire away. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I'm not a Millennial, Unless your talking my age. Welcome and like Ridgerunner said lot of knowledge and opinions. But a good group.
I don't fit the stereotype of a millennial either. Our hunting club has given my buddy and me the nickname Millennial hunters because we use the internet as a tool and work from our phones during hunting season.
It's just that mine is high and gets higher each year. A close friend is going to NC- his uncle is celebrating 98! Here is the secret to long life. I was at a VA facility a few years ago and was talking to the RN who is also a veteran who walks with a cane. He took more medications than his father. Stated his father would be 100 that summer. Takes one aspirin a day and drinks one cold beer. What could be simpler? I drank enough beer in my younger days to be 854 years old! Bumper sticker- 40 is not old if you are a tree. Back on topic- Buckwounder, keep in touch with this website and the forum. I had learned a lot from the members here!
Can make some great relationships and gain knowledge you listen to the right people here! Best of luck fella
