Should I offer professional critique and adjustments to the problems with bad form in the pictures? Cause doing those exercises those ways is eventually going to lead to injury. Along with better alternatives?

See what you do is, set up this mannequin like this. Put on your most colorful shirt, then take this giant yellow rubberband and do circular motions like this real slow.

Is this serious? I need to work out to sit in a tree? Suppose I need to shoot my bow for months before the season as well?

The alternative is to sit in the recliner, watch exercise videos while scoffing down four big scoops of ice cream with a few added things as banana (fruit), whipped cream (with the ice cream counts as dairy) and chocolate syrup (chocolate is an anti-oxidant).
Comedian Mark Lowery says he does one sit-up a day. Half when he gets into bed. The other half when he gets out of bed.

That's a great plan Sota but you are not going to be well rounded if that's all you do.

I can't stress enough growing of a finger nail to break the seal and the dexterity of your hand to pack a fresh tin

Sign in gift shop- Every time I say the word "exercise" I wash my mouth out with chocolate.
I was told to get into shape. Round is a shape.
