The black bear I killed in New York was delicious. I had a biologist tell me that a bear tastes like their last meal. If your bear had trash or fish the bear will taste nasty if it had nuts or berries your bear will taste delicious

Does anybody really need to be told what hunting "celebrities" think we should enjoy eating?

The Bear I had was roasted on a spit like a hog. It was at a party where they roasted a hog, a large piece of beef and the bear. The Bear was actually the best tasting of all three.

You know what I believe the worlds best game meat is? the deer I shoot, recover, and cut up after I age it, no clown with a webcast will change that.

I was also surprised caribou wasn't on the list.

I like whitetail venison a lot but in no way should it be included on a top-3 list that has elk , caribou; or sage fed mulie as choices.
