Collin is a beast... Pitch perfect with a mouth call and had birds all morning and had one down quick. What a great morning

My inlaws are in town next weekend, so I think that will be a good time to put out trail cams. For now, I'm just watching the little dude in my backyard.

So this is my 2 acre plot and I have decided to plant alpharack on the high spot in the middle and the track around the outside will be tall tine tubers and turnips. Thoughts?

I tried to put out cams today, but my Coverts were acting up. One has a broken latch, another won't turn off and a third won't let me enter my password to unlock it. So I only got one cam out where I shot my buck last year. I also forgot the Buckstik and the minerals. I'm a hot mess today! 20190601_134919.jpg

im in a similar boat one camera has trouble recognizing the SD cards and the other has a broken latch. Also I pulled the trigger on a new camera for filming should last me the rest of my career unless something horrible happens!

I also need new cameras this year. I’m due for an upgrade in cameras and increasing my inventory. My house is cutting into my hunting budget

Get Coverts! They just sent me replacement latches and are taking the other two back for factory resets. No questions asked on 2-3 year old cams. The cams are good and customer service has been excellent.

Well boys I got a nasty God smack today ... While on the property to spray my clover I stopped and talked to the owner as I always do and the informed me that they are going to start selling the land. It may take a few years but my land is done. They of course are offering it to me at a great rate but as land around me is going for between 2-5 k a acre I don't think I'll get my wife to agree to a purchase. Guess I'll focus on killing a monster while I can. I know it's not the end of the world but GD .

That is my fear with one of my best spots...the owners are both in their 80s and who knows what will happen when they both end up passing away.
