Funny you say that. We have a Chinese state owned pork producer here in Oklahoma, Smithfield Pork. They shovelled a lot of money into the GOP pockets trying to pass SQ777 "Right to Farm Bill". Fancy confusing wording but it all boiled down to a bill that would have allowed a a communist state owned entity, China aka Smithfield Pork, to change the wording to out State Constitution regarding water rights and agricultural practices to their benefit. When I pressed the then republican Lt. Governor at a political luncheon about the true meaning of the bill he admitted that it was in fact a bill to benefit Smithfield Pork. So, letting a foriegn owned communist country change the wording to our state constitution in order for them to benefit. Sounds a lot like a traitorous move on the part of the GOP bc all they really worship is the almighty dollar and constituents be damned. I was then asked to leave the said luncheon, $500 a plate btw, for suggesting we hang traitors to our state from a tall tree with a short rope bc my family has been farming this state since the shot went off at the landrun and it has always been our right.

What's your point? I believe Okiebob point was the GOP selling out his states constitution for the almighty dollar. And I can totally agree with you on that. I am going phase out grain production and get more into hemp, cotton and hay production but this has been the plan for awhile now.
