Guess it’s not really a VS post. Would just like some input and reviews from guys who have one of these sights. Am heading west for muleys this year and elk the next. But primarily a tree stand white tail hunter in Wisconsin. Don’t want to keep switching sights. Looking at a 3 pin on either. Wondering if you can set them differently than 20-40-60 and float the 60? I shoot the Spot Hogg fast eddie. I got it specifically for taking out west to hunt Elk while also being able to use it in the treestand. I got the double pin so I cannot comment on the 3 pin. I love single pins so I figured having the second option pin on the single would be helpful when hunting elk. Talking those 2 sites specifically, I was looking both of those along with the regular fast eddie. I chose to focus more on balancing my bow, those other 2 sites have the adjustable dovetails to move your site in or out from your bow. A lot of people shoot them further out from the bow for added accuracy but that I have read articles and watched a couple videos where the further the site is from your bow, the more torque can affect the shot. (levi morgan did a video on it which prompted me to research it some more) I think I have pretty good form but I did not want to take the chance of having bow torque affect my shot when Im in the moment on the mountain. With that in mind I chose to keep my site close to my riser so I do not have any more weight out in front of my bow and I wont have the possible torque problem. Knowing all of this, I realized I did not need the adjustable dovetail. That is how I came to the decision of the Fast Eddie. Regardless, I think you will be making a good decision getting either site.. I just figured I would share my process because I purchased the site for the same reasons you are looking into them.
I don't know what the specs are on the rig you are shooting. Makes a big difference on what I would recommend. Either way I think you are probably shorting yourself if your first pin is set at 20. Bump that out to 25; at most you are likely only 2" high inside of that. I have the FE XL 2 dot as well so can't comment much more than that.
Sorry I should have put that info in. I shoot the triax 70# 29”draw. Beman ICS Hunter 340 w/125 grain heads. Thinking about moving back to the 100 grains. your Triax is a little faster than my Bowtech and also you are currently shooting appx. 50 grains lighter TAW than I am. My 25 yard dot is 2" high at 20 and only maybe 4" low at 35. And I shoot logs.

No I have not had any problems with the knob getting in the way. I actually just switched to the new style mathews quiver and I have not noticed any issues.
