It's not looking like there will be any shed hunting for me this weekend. On a positive note, got a coyote killed this weekend, had some unreal ice fishing, and drank enough Yuengling for the year.
I tried shed hunting the other day and I can’t make into the woods with all of the ice we have. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I was going out on a Forrest preserve I hunted a previously I wasn’t gonna bust one of my spots Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
This was a fun scene to watch today. He ended up pulling a leg off and taking it 300 yards across the field.
My previous chocolate lab used to be able to find a deer leg any time of the year. She snuck one into the house one time and mom was stoked about it.
I found a decent set at work today! Probably 115"...I can't tell if he's a good 2 year old or crappy 3.
Nice! I have not been very fortunate in finding many sheds over the years and when I do I almost never find a matching set. Congrats!
That is a great looking set, Josh! We are slowly getting rid of all our snow with rain showers and warmer temperatures. I will be heading out this weekend quite a bit in hopes of picking up a few. My goal is either to find my new biggest set to date (163" or better) or find the most I've found in a single season (last year was my best with 56).
Well boys I think next Saturday I'll be able to look for sheds finally. I think Collin might show me how it is done too. TC come on up and we can make a day of it and grab some lunch....on Collin of course. Results to follow
I’ll buy for sure. But I don’t know if I’ll be showing you how it’s done. 16 miles the last 2 days, 1 shed to show for it. I suck
I won’t be out shed hunting for a while. We’re getting another 6 inches of snow tonight after we got 5 this afternoon Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
