I have 4 cameras on the food plot, my Browning tapped out on batteries long ago. There are some old moultries out there. Today when I went to go feed I was going to pull the chip considering the camera had been out since december and with the weather we had here in Minnesota figured it was a dead camera. I opened the door and the camera was taking a picture. Amazing. I will take a picture of the camera and the batteries that pulled of this amazing feat.
those old Moultries are tanks. Had one literally last a full 12 months. But the shutter speed....ugh.
I just pulled some older cuddebacks in central MN Brainerd area (2/6/19) that I put energizer ultimate lithium batteries in them after gun season mid November and they were still taking pictures and battery life on the camera still said full. I am impressed.
Energizer ultimate lithiums are all i use for trail cams. Unless your camera literally eats batteries, a fresh set lasts me from April to January/February here in Northeast PA.
