Have one week left. Burning 2 personal days this week, so I’ll have 5 days of hunting.

Last stretch could bring some late luck! Let's hope.
Just picked my bow back up from the shop, got all new strings and cables from Gas Bowstrings for it as well as bought a new HHA single pin that was put on it as well. New arrows have been built as well so now to wait for the temperatures to rise to get some distance shooting in

Received my euro mount back. It looks great and I'm happy to have it home.

Yeah! That was my first year hunting and I shot that turkey on the last day. I was 12 and my father called him in. It was a great morning! The turkey on the right is from last year. 20 years apart.

Purchased a saddle and platform for next year that will hopefully open up a lot more options than I currently have with my climber. I’ve got a few properties in mind that I don’t really hunt now that I’ll be checking out in the coming weeks/months. Is it September yet?

That Euro looks great. Season ended here on 1/15/19. Sure enjoyed sharing the season with you guys. I’ll be trying to shoot hogs and catch big stripers the rest of the winter.

Found this while scouting the lease last weekend.

That’s really cool. I would have thought it’d just push the post out of the ground, but growing around it works too!

Well guys, today is the last day of deer season. It’s 12 outside. Sorry, but I’m done. Not going out, I like my fingers, toes, ears and nose.

Looks like we will take 3rd unless someone cards another in the next few days. Nice season everyone, and it’s been a pleasure to follow along with each of you!

Holy cow guys!! I completely let this slip away. We had that major snow storm cause a couple hundred thousand power outages on our system. We're still cleaning up the little odds and ends.

3rd is a really good finish!! This has been a great group of guys!!
That's a good lookin' euro!! Congrats!

Coyotes is all that I'm interested in now. Shed season is just around the corner.

Those are some great deer. Congrats to are team on a top 3 finish. Again I apologize for muffing up my pics on my buck. Don’t think it would have made a difference(at least I hope not). Enjoy the offseason guys. To much snow on the ground here for shed hunting for me still. If we could get 4 inches or so to melt off I’ll be looking. Not sure if deer in NY have dropped yet haven’t been seeing to many out.

FP those are great looking shoulder mounts and even better bucks. Been a great season for sure and was great following along with your successes! 3 out of 23, I'll take that for sure! We have tons of snow up here as last week we got 24'' of powder in one storm on top of the few inches we already have, and now tomorrow night 8" more are in the forecast. So, shed hunting will have to wait a long time now. Also, have two low hung cameras I'll have to get out to pull as they'll be buried in the next few days.

Best of luck to all of you in the future. If you're ever lost in the Northeast during a hunting season let me know, til then shoot straight!
