    I'm still out trying to put some points up. Hunting a stand that I've let set all season. It's on a field edge with lots of briar, honeysuckle and even a few acorns still on the ground. Good late season spot for sure.[​IMG][​IMG]

    I will be driving out to see if the water dropped but I do know that the river is starting to go down so my creek should be good to go. Hope to be out this weekend. Crossing fingers!

    Back out at it this afternoon. Jumped 4 or 5 on my way in. Should have come out as round 10. Jump some yesterday too on my way to the stand.

    Well, I saw 10 does and no bucks. NOTHING in shooting range. I have a doe and buck tag left to fill.

    Didn't hunt this morning. Went to my 6 yo granddaughter's basketball game. Got in the stand about 12:15. I've been jumping them when I get in at 2. Didn't see any on the way in. Hopefully today will be the day. Yesterday I lowered my crossbow and had one coming in right before shooting light ended. I pulled it back up but it never got in range.

    Call to DNR since my hunt is ruined tonight! I got down and was PISSED! Three ATV's trespassing and running all over the fields by me and ran off the deer. I will be back out in the morning. Fixing to have some adult bev's with some friends over supper with some friends.
