What is your complaint? As a captain of a team I don't see any problem with your entry and if asked would vote to allow it as has been done in the past. Had to go back and find them to see what your concerns were, although I was looking forward to rotted carcass photos, but mainly to see if you would actually do it

These complaints have always been around, a few years ago Fitz created the scorecard commentary thread for either congratulating someone on their buck or to draw attention to infractions or scoring concerns. He did it to keep the entry thread from becoming polluted with banter and side talk.

Lovehunt has one required photo with his buck, if he could get the rack and take a second photo such as you did it should count as well.

I wouldn't mind if the contest shrunk a bit actually. At one point, anyone that entered and did not submit the proper photos/criteria or signed up and no showed were to be banned from the following years contest. Never really happened that way, but wish it had.

I think the post count should be changed to year+ length of membership plus a 150 post count.

A country without borders is not a..... err wait. A contest without rules is not a contest.

I agree. The contest wouldn't suffer with less participants. How many of the original sign ups have actually never made one post all season? How many can't read the rules? How many apparently find it impossible to take two pictures?

I for one cannot wait to enter the contest next year. I was a member here but wasn’t super active. Just looked at it on my free time here and there. But then I really dug in one day and here I am. Throughly enjoying it and even keep up with all your teams..I barely missed the deadline so had to wait another year. And definitely looking forward to it.

I will have to come up with new harvest pic idea for next year. Maybe similar to a gun kill I had on public land this year.

Less folks I would actually probably enjoy it again...seems half a team truly is active and I lose interest fast in...self admitted

We had 8 or 9 active team members and they all killed monster bucks. Just saying...

I think that's the real issue though. We held the top for a couple years because we actually we're all active. And if you go back to all the top 5 teams every year, it's because everyone is active. It's interesting how all the teams in the bottom 5, have the least pages in their chat, least active members etc.

Maybe make the entry rules more strict?

Congrats team 27. You guys are for sure the champs this year. Well done.

To my team 3 boys. We spent 3 years together. We were champs twice and came second this year. We had a awesome run. I speak for all of us when I say, if we had to lose. We're glad it was to a team that crushed it and not just our own fault. We put up 1200 points and that wasn't enough as team 27 was on a tear. Well done boys and we will see ya again next season.
