I remember buying a pack of that for my dad when I was a kid for Christmas lol he was trying to stop smoking in the stand. Pretty sure it sat on his dresser with one piece out of it for a good 10 years

I loved Gum O Flage. The Alfalfa Honey flavor wasn't all that bad.

And IMO odor from your mouth is probably the most overlooked aspect of scent control. There is more gas coming out of your mouth during your hunt than anywhere else on your body. Seems only natural that we would try to cut down on those odors. I'm sure some of y'all have some stank breath too. Probably need it even when you're not hunting. :busted:

Justin you haven't had the pleasure to be in deer camp with my uncles. I can assure you they have more gas coming from a different opening!!

That thing actually works if you follow the instructions. I agree that it's overpriced and you can essentially do the same job with a knife.

To be fair, I would have a hard time killing a deer without my (insert brand) bow. Fair chase my ass...damn deer run a lot faster than me.

There's a new one about to hit the market. Called Scent Relief. It is supposed to neutralize the scent of human urine and you can convert human urine into whitetail estrous.

Can't wait to see the commercials for this one.

This is another new one that has me scratching my head...

So I’m supposed to carry a mini sling shot and shoot little balls of doe urine around my stand. I’d buy it if instead of doe urine they’d fill it with mustard gas for squirrels.

I agree, big fan of the buttout. Used it dozens of times and it's always in my backpack. Carving around that area with a knife was very time consuming and unnecessary.

For $229 you can get a piece of tree to hide behind. The deer will not notice the tree with a hat getting closer and closer to them.

Ever just stick in in the anus and then use the knife to cut around it? The wife could never get it to work for her as she is not strong enough. On one deer, she stuck it in and cut around it and about 10 seconds later the intestine was free.

    DOH! Dang wives!
