    Let's say I had a group approaching me about growing the devils lettuce on my land, and they are willing to pay 40% above market price to rent my land.

    Would you do it?

    It is legal and nothing unethical about it, would you feel conflicted if somebody wanted to open a Brewery? The only issue would be odor control problems if the neighbors are close.

    Hydroponics germ they don't need dirt, and Detroit is a septic tank much more fertile.:biggrin:

    Pretty sure the lead in the water thing discourages growers. Just a thought.

    I would go for it. Income is income. I'm growing 40 acres of industrial hemp next year. And since my wife recently obtained her medical card I may just grow some jazz cabbage at the house. May, who I am I kidding. Lol. I am definitely growing, I already hung up my old John Belushi "college" poster back up..

    Outdoor operations can have massive yields if done right but it's only good for one harvest a year. With the uncontrollable factors of neighbors and animals I would be worried about the plants disappearing and more trespassing.

    I thought the pricing Germ listed was about Bob growing industrial hemp and the yield. The $ for the Jazz Cabbage would be much much higher.
