Things are fluid right now, might be switching it up to public land. I'm in IL and there is a 15k acre public site 55 minutes from me, so it all falls on me to figure that out. My apologies, but it is nothing I can control
Still subject to change, but as it stands will be going as planned. First sit begins in about 16 1/2 hours. Not sure what to expect. Seems like the first few days of November have always been somewhat slow. Kind of torn on which of 3 stands to sit. Choices, choices...
Back at it again action basically soon as i got into the stand. Decent 2 yr old 8 dogging a doe. Hoping bigger one comes thru next. Good luck to everyone that will be out here soon.
I’ll be leaving out in the morning for a week in the woods... Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
My first hunt was disappointing. Had a 2 1/2 chase a doe up the ridge behind me and unseen grunting and chasing a bit over an hour later. Didn't see anything after 7:51 or hear anything after 9:15. If back is up to it, going out for another all dayer tomorrow. Might have more hunters being a Saturday so no real plan yet, just know where I'll be should I be alone.
Well my wife had her first bow deer kill this evening. This years fawn. But she got excited. Lol she's one up on me now. 6 hundred acres of private land and I am getting my ass whooped. Sent from my SM-G965U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app

Do y’all know why the bow hunt or die app isn’t in the App Store anymore? Phone crashed Friday and when I went to download the app again it wasn’t there
I got a doe yesterday evening. How do I post pictures? I normally use the app to post pics from my phone but I cant find the app any more on the app store
Hey guys, sorry been out of the loop. But I promise been hitting it hard, ha. Getting ready to head to Western KY the next 2 weekends in a WMA that is bowhunt only 361 days out of the year. Hopefully be hitting it at a good time. Gun season opens this weekend also, so that should open it up even more for us. Hopefully be able to get it done.
I'll be back out Wednesday, didn't see myself hunting only 1 of the first 5 days of my vacation but I had to strategize. It's working out in my head, yet to be seen in the woods I still like my chances, and given the temps I won't be hard pressed on getting them to the processor. Keep at it and follow your gut, this thing is still wide open.
