    Pro tip: if you wear Jersey gloves and they got wet when you went huntung 2 days ago, dont just stuff them in coat pocket. They're still wet this morning.

    Sad thing is i got a 12 pack of new ones in truck coulda solved that issue ha

    Sitting out the morning waiting for my daughter to get dropped off. Hopefully we will get in the stand this afternoon and have a repeat of last year when I shot my buck.

    Grunted at first light. Little fork came right away, 5 mins later I’ve got two bucks fighting at about 150 yards in some brush. All of a sudden, a doe comes running to me at 15 yards. When fights over a buck comes hauling ass right past me. Didn’t get a good enough look, but might’ve been a shooter.

    It's hard to see it in the moment, BUT you are in the mecca of deer country...When it pops out there its going to be epic. It might be a dead spot now, but in an instant it can be the hottest spot. Hang in there!

    I would trade my entire season for a one day hunt in the mid west.
