Just got shooting light and a nice 8p 120ish walks through the field at 60yds. Tried a little grunt and he didn’t care. Plenty of time to go.

Guys if you ever have issues with cold feet I would definitely recommend these 56181707960__F9BD6460-7C68-4E85-8168-758FB4B6A6DC.jpg

You have 2 options for the payout: an annuity paid out over time (30 years, I think); or a one time payout.

The one time payout is roughly 40% of the jackpot, before taxes. So let's say 640M pre tax, less fed and your state tax (~37-45% depending on your state's max rate)...so maybe ~370-410M in the clear.

The annuity would pay ~50M annually pretax...less the 37-45% rate clear 30-36M. The risk with the annuity is the max tax rate could rise over the payout term.

I'm in for the first time this year. Absolutely beautiful morning. Squirrels are in full feed mode! No deer yet but I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be. Only thing I forgot was my darn cushion.

I put doe in heat out for the first time this year. I had 3 does and 2 fawns come in before light. They hung around, mostly within 20 yards, for almost an hour. Just as they were wandering off, I heard another deer coming in down wind of me. It was a buck...button buck. He just left. I couldn't move for 1.25 hours. The does read the script, now just need a big boy to.

Giving it one last go this morning before the work week hits. 39° with a breeze in Alabama is as good as it’s gonna get for October. Bumped two on the way in hope they come back

I'm absolutely struggling this season. I'm on my 10th hunt and only seen one deer this season. By now I've usually logged a doe. I haven't even seen a doe yet this season
