3 does crossed the same place the 2 from last night crossed. I am about 40 yards southwest. Moving stand if this doesn’t pan out this morning.

I didn't buy a tag and I don't have any reason to shoot one. So unless it was acting nuts and putting me in danger, nope.

Took me a a while to follow up that post.

I was about to post again but I had two bucks walk in. A little 8 and a fork horn. They milled around where I shot the doe for about 10 minutes and then wandered off.

Tha group of does came into the woods from the bean field about 69 yards away and made a big circle around me. Just when I thought they were going to cross the creek and be gone the lead doe cut straight for me.

She stopped behind a clump of canopy. I dialed my sight to 25 yards because that's where I figured they would walk.

Then she turned, went back and crossed my lane at 35 yards. I was already at full draw so I whistled to stop her, aimed just below the top of her back and released. That might sound a bit high, but I'm shooting 530 grain arrows out of a 60# bow.

The arrow dropped in beautifully and blew through her vitals.

I'll get down shortly and check the situation and see if I need to call my brother to help track.

    Remember, I'm colorblind.

Found her easily. She didn't make it 10 yards from where she was standing. I just couldn't see her through the thick stuff.
