    Ended up seeing 8. Doe and 2 fawns and 5 young bucks 2.5 and under. Crazy first sit never seen as many bucks at once.

    Sorry it took so long guys. As I stated my wife saw her drop so we knew she was down for the count. No bucks showed up but she did end up seeing another 7 deer. Since we took both of the boys on the track my wife was flying solo with the spot light (I made her practice on this one). She did fantastic which is awesome to see especially in the dark.     I assume you don’t own the ground or at least have a say in what they allow? Did you have sole permission on the property they are opening up?

    Light but steady rain here. I'm going to wait it out before I head in to the stand- "light scattered showers" have a tendency to turn into steady drenching down pours up here. Lost one in the rain up here couple seasons ago in just that situation. Not fun or worth the risk.
