im new here on the site but I have grown up hunting. When I got married and bought a house with land about 3 years ago I started to love bow hunting a lot more then rifle season. Look forward to learning a lot for everyone here.

    Welcome, Josh Crisp!
I hunted out in MO a few years ago...would love to go back. My brother lives near Troy.
    Happy hunting!

    Hey All!

I saw this thread in my email this morning and I’m taking it as a sign. I just moved to Missouri, Nixa, and am looking forward meeting fellow hunters in this area to learn about the opportunities around here. I am new to bow hunting and hunting in general. I have gone with my brother-in-laws a couple times in the past but have yet to find my first deer.

West central MO here. Welcome to the site. Blow up 25 posts and join the contest. We need to fill some spots on teams, and it's a lot of fun.

Okay sorry I kinda disappeared on you but I never got notifications. I’ll look into Goodman. I checked out the north west side of Hollande. Next week the temps are supposed to cool down. Woo-hoo!!

    Welcome, Josh!
    Missouri is a good state.
I used to live over in Stockton, MO.
(BTW From my experience, there ain't a fish in Lake Stockton. Over the course of 9 years, I did not get so much as a nibble.)

    Yes, bait on hooks.
I'm not picky. I fish for whatever is dumb enough to bite/eat a baited hook.
