I don’t think he needs another year. Every bit of 160 + with that spread and mainbeam lengths. He looks 5.5 to me.

I’m pretty sure he’d score just like a main frame 8 and then add in the two abnormal points also.

    ROFL @ these posts!
That double drop buck is a buck of a lifetime, that is as rare (if not more so) as a full fledged Boone and Crocket buck.

  9. What do you guys think it will score? Main beams arent that long and only 4x4, i love the double drop tines though

The double drops are the coolest thing about him. One drop tine is rare, doubles and in that configuration are exceedingly rare. He's a ten point with super long brow tines with good width and mass. I'd think 150's would be a solid and conservative estimate. I feel like my standards are fairly high and I'd hunt very hard to hang that buck on the wall.

LOL. "Nice deer". Most of us would crap ourselves if we shot that "nice deer".

That one would be on the wall in my living room regardless of what anyone thought.

Evan, dude, come on man. If that deer doesn't have you lying awake at night just dreaming about the chance to let an arrow fly at him. Then my friend, you are a spoiled bowhunter. I'm not sure where you live, but I promise there are fellas all over this country that are shooting at 80 pound deer every season that want to kick you square in the pants for downplaying this buck. With that said, I'm envious of you and both of the deer you are chasing this year are beautiful creatures and I wish you the best of luck in your pursuit. Do me a favor, if that double drop shows you his vitals during shooting light, don't miss!

  15. if I even get a chance at this deer, I will send an arrow, my buddies have set the bar high with deer scoring 207 and 237 last year...! in saying that, they have had their fair share of deer in the 160's.. I certainly hope I didn't sound like a **** head, not my intention at all.. sorry guys,

I believe he's in Sask, which would make sense with the bucks he's showing us.
