Well guys it happened to me again but worse this time. Sitting in my stand and look straight between my feet and see another stud of a public land 8 point. He lowers his head to feed and I reached for my longbow and stood up, I looked dow one more time to see where he is and we make eye contact. He turned around and trotted off but never blew Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
Hes not the biggest but I made a perfect shot and he dropped right in front of me. I've still got two changes for bow bucks in NJ so I'll be back on those great buck I've seen come the rut Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
Congrats max and Wiscohunter on your harvests. My season opened Monday but I havent been able to get out yet because of work but it's been pretty warm anyways. Hoping for some rain to slow harvest down a little bit and some cooler temps so I can get out.
Congratulations everyone on all the harvests... I'm getting ready to start hunting bucks again. Gonna be a doe or two die next week though.
kind of quiet on here lately.. Anyone been seeing anything. Im thinking about getting out this weekend to try to get a doe. The temps are going to be low 40s so i'm hoping to lay the smack down on a doe.
