I have a glendale 3d buck and they will go all the way thru and stick out 6-10 inches on the other side. Guy that sold them to me says he get pass thru with trocar hybrids Ther jus heavy hitting arrows. I compare them to some victory vforce and ther is no comparison

Welp, where I am currently located is right where the storm is supposed to make landfall. Looks like I will be heading west with the family towards western NC, KY, or TN. No time to pull down any stands or do much prepping for the storm besides packing and hitting the road. Thought about hitting up some outfitters with a small cabin or lodge to keep myself and the family and maybe get in a hunt or 2 since I will be out there for 5 to 7 days. Any advice of guidance is appreciated.

Sure is I have a small ranch near there, with some nice deer. Will you be hunting down here this season?

Well I'm finally on stand in Kentucky.

I got here around 10:30, hung two stands and visited with the owner for a while.

This isn't my prime spot but it does look good.

Unfortunately the only ones that had alot of property, sold most of it off. My last name is Owens, so if you know anyone with that name in that area there's a chance I would be related. Also Roberts and Flynn could be related to me. My paternal grandmother was a Roberts.

    Blessings..........Pastorjim

September 22 can't get here fast enough. You guys that are hunting have gotten the urge to be in a deer stand going.

Well, the deer did exactly what they were supposed to, but it was only does and fawns.

Had I wanted to kill a doe I sure could have. 15 yards, broadside, wide open and calm.

    This was her lucky day.

I ended up seeing around 17 deer, but only five were within bow range.

Only saw one buck - a little spike.

It was a really good sit.

I just looked at the forecast for tomorrow morning. It's supposed to be 59 and all I brought for uppers is T-shirts and an ASAT 3D suit.

I'm used to sweltering temps and high hunidity.

I'm going to be shivering in the morning.
