True. But getting rid of Mathews and Cobb next year will clear up a ton of cap room. Both are grossly over paid.

I would have LOVED to get Mack. But the price was too steep.

Example: i can afford to get a brand new truck, but my older one gets the job done and affords me extra money to be used elsewhere.

Paying Mack what they did AND giving up draft picks at this point in the organization would be bad. So far, Gute’s draft picks are looking good. Some experts even claiming Josh Jackson could win DROY.

Yes, Matthews and Cobb were overpaid at the time (Ted loved his boys), but right now the deals compare pretty well. Cobb is about to have a monster year again IMO, then get PAID elsewhere.

The guy signs a contract, then wants more so he holds out, not only holds out but will not even bother to have a conversation with the team, red flags.

He signed his rookie contract and then obviously outplayed it and they couldn’t agree to an extension so he was gonna be franchised (or was) i believe. His base salary has always been less than $700k.

So you don't discuss this with the team? All reports he did not talk to them.

Again? When exactly was his last monster year? I love the packers as much as anyone. But, Cobb and Mathews are by far the two most overrated players on the team.

I was at Cobbs first game as a pro when he ran a kick back for a TD, hope he has a rebound year.

This Nike add featuring Kaepernick will be played tomorrow during Thursday night football. Will be great seeing the reactions afterward.

I viewed the Nike ad. Still 14K viewers like the ad compared to 1.4K that did not like it. (I was in the not like). Like I said before, there will be people that don't care and still buy the shoes. There are plenty of liberals that will support Nike. As long as Nike keeps making money they will sell it even if if conservatives and true patriots complain.

For someone who plays a game that is 100% directed by revenue from fans, this holdout isn’t smart. He’s not only losing his offensive line but every casual fan in the America who drafted him top 2 is going to REALLY dislike him.

    No win situation for LeVeon.
