Good morning guys, hearing up for my first hunt of the year this evening. Hunting with Branded Outdoor Outfitters in Delaware. My buddy made it to the treestand yesterday evening and harvested a nice doe, meat in the freezer for his family. I'll keep you updated from stand later today.

Checked out on of the spots I hunt this weekend and had to replace the ratchet straps on a stand and I started a few mock scraps. Other than that just enjoyed labor day weekend, took the boat out and did some shooting! Hope everyone had as nice long weekend!

Descent evening on stand 3 doe and a nice 8 point just out of range rubbing his velvet off. May hunt again tomorrow, but most likely heading home to regroup and I'll be after them again in a few weeks
On the road home, it was a fun hunt. Time to regroup and get back after them in 3 weeks. But in the meantime I'm heading to the outer banks of north Carolina for a week with my family and I'm getting married while there on the beach. Wish me luck! Lol

Enjoy and congratulations!!!! Take it all in and enjoy it, it goes by fast! I just recently got married at the end of April and din't believe it when everyone would say it, but boy was it true! Have fun man!!!
Thanks guys! I went out and planted final plot of season today in Grandpa Ray Outdoors Frosty Delight brassica mix. Also pulled a few cards, nothing great but season is looking good and so are the plots
