I will think about adding 2 spots and make a decision today.

 

The draft is Labor Day. September 3 at 7 pm. Is that going to work for everyone?

Works for me. I think 12 man leagues are a good number, little more thought goes into it

How is the draft work on Monday night I have never done an online draft before?

The draft order will be randomly generated I believe. The draft room will open up 15 minutes before draft time so log in anytime between 4:45 PDT and 5:00 PDT. We have 12 teams so a quick draft example will be:

Round 1: team1 team2 team3 team4 team5 team6 team7 team8 team9 team10 team11 team12
Round 2: team12 team11 team10 team9 team8 team7 team6 team5 team4 team3 team2 team1

and so on. Each team owner has 1 minute to make their selection each round. There will be 15 rounds total. If someone is not there, their team will autodraft the best available player each round.

I might be traveling to work tonight, hopefully I can draft on the road.

 

You might want to set up your own list in case you miss any picks. They have QB's as the top twenty some picks so if it auto drafts for you it will be a mess. I set my own list for the top 50 picks and it was pretty easy too do.
