Tomorrow for me. First, will head to the "dub" field and shoot about 6 boxes of shells trying to kill a limit, then will shoot a doe hopefully tomorrow afternoon. Not currently targeting any bucks. Only shooter I had has disappeared the last week or so. I will have one soon enough though. They are in the beans on another property probably, but will be back once they yellow up and acorns start falling.
Is everyone checked in yet just curious? I’m usually good for a doe, I keep passing bucks I wish I shot. I’m trying to go exclusively with my recurve this year. We’ll see how it turns out. Might pull out the compound if it gets a little late in the season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Welcome to the team maxpetros & Lete'mwalk. I went to check cameras yesterday. For some reason 2 of them weren't taking pics I turned them off & back on and they seem to be working now. The 3rd one I had hung to high but I did catch the racks of a couple small bucks. I'm counting down the days until October 1st.

I may try to shoot a second doe tomorrow, but dang it's hot. I watched the one I shot yesterday go down, and immediately got to her and skinned and deboned, into the cooler. Was 90 degrees.
