I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this trailcam. I need some honest feedback on this from cam users. Sent from my VS987 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app Sent from my VS987 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
It’s WGI. Don’t do it. If it’s priced like cheaply made junk and feels like cheaply made junk in your hands then.... you know the rest of that story. A lot of reviews say it’s very loud and that the night pics are blurry. Usually reliability is where WGI cameras will show their true colors. If you buy one it probably won’t be working in 18 months.
I would stay away from anything from WGI. Also if I'm not mistaken, this cam operates on 3G and according to alot of people, 3G is phasing out in the next few years. This cam might be a good alternative and it won't break the bank. These can be had right now for about $225. Spypoint Link Evo. Good luck!
I agree they are not reliable, and if you have problems there customer service dept is awful. I learned this the hard and told the guy I would never buy one of there cameras again. 'My glory is ever new with me, And my bow is renewed in my hand.'
Thanks for your opinions, I figured they maybe worth what I'm buying (2)@$125 ea. Sent from my VS987 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
My brother in law just bought one of these cameras and loves it. The data plan is the best I've heard of, it was easy to set up and is working great.
