I might share the picture but I can guarantee the exact location is a lie! Unless its my buddy I hunt with... maybe!

Absolutely not. I`m just as excited to see my friends nail a monster as if I had killed it myself! Honest, life too short to have secrets especially when I'm with my buddies!!

I hunt on 13 acres completely surrounded by other hunters. If I start talking I can promise you I won’t see them again. Working on a few things to help me “hold” the deer better but until then... mums the word

I am really torn on the subject. I really enjoy sharing pictures and seeing what deer are out there. So I typically share a lot more than most would. I have however, been burned, more than once, be people acting stupid about a big deer. So there are a few instances where I keep a deer under lock and key. Generally 90% of the bucks I get on camera I will share though.

I’m very selective who I tell, otherwise someone will set up a stand and hunt on top of me.

    Once upon a time, yes.

As I have gotten older and mellow, no.

Its a pretty small circle that would know anything about the deer I am after if its something bigger than 170's. Anything else, I don't worry too much about.

I might tell my dad. And IF I do, I tell him not to tell anyone, anything, or I will punch him in the face

Good thing I don't get anything on camera that's worth a secret! Pretty much a 125 isn't something everyone is itching to go out and kill by me.

Small deer no problem. Big deer it's a very selective group. People that I hunt with no problem but other than that no way.

Dont own the ground I hunt so don't really see the need to hide any deer that roam around the farm since can't really control access. Although chances are pretty slim anyone else would get to hunt it. Also don't have any shady neighbors to worry bout so theres really no reason to hide any pics.

I hunt 400 private connected to 600 private surrounded by a road and only one other guy and I hunt it and I still only show certain ppl. It's easy for a story to start and before you know it you have "jackers" hunting every edge. Crossing lines and begging landowners. It's just not worth it.

if you're keeping 10% of your deer a secret then you must have the most preemo antler spank bank of all time. What you put out there is amazing enough.

For me it depends on time of year- deer in our area of WI are very mobile; I think it's due to a lack of consistent available ground water. I'm willing to share pics with our QDMA group up until about this time of year; but not much after that. Only one of the QDMA members hunts directly adjacent parcel; so we essentially are hunting the same deer.

That being said if he called and said he needed help tracking/hauling out a monster I had on camera all over our property I'd be glad to help him and shake his hand.
