The only problem with that is. I've got many pics of her with a flock of birds. This was just the best pic I had of her. Would wild birds take in a domesticated turkey?

Looks like a Narragansett, not albino. It's either an escapee from a farm or a hen got into someone's turkey pen and got bred by a farm bird. I have a pair of toms in a pen that are 6 years old and I have hens and toms both come up to the pen every spring. It's not hard for tame turkeys to reintegrate if they can survive predators.
someone said they are "smoky gray" phase , the local flock had or has 2 running around. Haven't seen this one since the fox chased her. Awesome looking bird.
