    Definitely no shortage of hunters in this area. Luckily a lot of people only hunt gun season which in Maryland isn't until after thanksgiving.

    I'm going to shoot my biggest buck ever this year. Not to date, ever. I'll never top it even if I hunt 60 more years.

    Unfortunately my Uncle passed this past June from cancer. In my almost 44 years this is the first death related impact of cancer I have had to deal with and hopefully my last. Probably going to cry my eyes out the first sit of the season, but this season will be dedicated in his memory.

    He's told everyone that I have the most patience of anyone he has seen hunt because I'll sit 12 hours straight whether it is October, Novemeber or January. Was mostly because I had no choice if I wanted to hunt sunrise and sunset both lol.

    Anyhow, there is a giant out there that will place himself within my window and he will get a special mount done in my Uncle's honor.

    Probably not going to stop me from bitching and whining on stand, but this will be the year of all years.

    This is the 10th year of the contest actually. Team 3 just got lucky our team last year (15) let them win. We decided to let them grow another year before we take em down ;)

    Clint, CANCER SUCKS!!! I've dealt with the loss of a couple really close people to me. It is horrible. Sorry for your loss.

    No doubt, you will definitely ***** and whine. If you didn't I would feel like something is wrong with you.........
