I am moving my river boat to Florida in June, I really like fishing the near shore bays in the Gulf of Mexico.
My friend fixed the walleye I caught on my honeymoon he put a new head on it and still has some painting to do but it will look better than when it was originally done 27 years ago.
Caught a few slabs yesterday, ended up with about 4lbs of filets. Basket was early on, didn't get final tally, was whooped when i got home to clean them
The extended forecast looks good to get that ice melting. In your neck of the woods I wouldn't doubt you will be able to ice fish though.
Got an early spring limit of walleye on the Detroit river and managed to pick up a steelhead as well.
Son and I went out on the kayaks the other day. Water is still cold but we still ended up catching 6 largemouth between us on plastic worms. Temps are rising hard this week and I expect them to be hitting good soon. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
