I would not use it either. I generally don’t get blood above my forearm so just need to roll up my sleeves. Maybe it’s different with bigger animals but I never had the pleasure of gutting anything larger than a whitetail. Plus any blood on clothes generally washes off if you take care of it ASAP. I mean, I get a little drop of blood or two on the thigh of my pants, but it’s not like I’m taking a hatchet to a 2 week old bloated cow....insert exploding whale GIF here.
Would I wear it? Nope, but I guess I could see a decent reason to wear it. Personally I will change out of my hunting clothes before I gut the deer, but if I had to wear my high dollar hunting clothes, I would want to keep them as blood free as possible so I can see where they would come in handy.
No, that's part of the experience. When I get a big deer I shed my cloths and play Luke Skywalker in that Tauntaun scene. It's amazing! It can be rather alarming for onlookers though but at least so far I've never had to exit like Ace Ventura getting out of his mechanical Rhino.
Maybe on something as large as a moose. I you are going to cut an animal that large, you will have to get into it. But, there is always the gutless method for animals that big. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I'll be, I have no idea how that trail pic of me got out there on the interwebs, must have been a russian hacker.
I'll wait for the next version that includes a plastic face mask as well. I can't risk getting blood in my eyes.
Hell to the no. I think this could be tailored to be marketed to the "new age" hunters... Millennial hunters who don't like to get dirty.
