That's a good call man, he's obviously way under 190, I'm guessing 75 or so.

per side. JK JK IDK
I don't care what he scores man, that's an incredible animal and a magnificent trophy. Congrats!

    Lmao!

If I shoot a buck anytime during the rest of my years on this planet that equates to that, I will be justified in my complacency.

I read your post last night about seeing him get out of bed and not have the shot only to plan on this mornings hunt to put him down.

You sir, are a kill machine with a plan to back it up.

Your ok. He was just under. Gonna post scores now. 189 and 3/8. Yes my heart hurts he just missed the 190. I took it to the taxidermist who is a pope and young judge. He did a green score measurement. Obviously true measurements take place after 60 day drying period. But I'm well passed the 125" mark so shrinkage won't be a concern lol.

With that, are you going to make B&C, after it dries or are there too many deducts?
Either way it's a great deer!
    Congrats!

I lose the 5 1/8 abnormal point. I then have deductions for non symmetry of 2 and 4/8.

    Net 181 6/8.

That's prior to 60 day drying obviously. But I shouldn't drop that much. Boone is 170 net I believe?

The only shrinkage my biggest one had was mostly on the inside spread.

And there it shall remain for eternity. As I highly doubt I'll ever top it lol. And if I do.... I must have two horseshoes lodged up my arse.

Ha, I don't blame you. I'm tempted to put it on my avatar with a disclaimer saying "I know this guy".

Since were all deer hunters, we should be doing our part to help out our deer. Next years comp should be your buck, fergie/doe, and another 50 for killing a coyote. Thoughts????

I liked the idea of bonus points for killing a yote. Even if it was just 10 or 25 pts or whatever, but I think Fitz has his hands full just keeping the contest straight as-is.
