Just wondering but what exactly does the team captain do? Black eagle arrow's pro staff Mathews mq1 #55 Hha optimizer lite Ripcord drop away arrow rest Black eagle outlaws 350
Make sure everything on the team goes smooth. Last year we had a teammate post a buck, that a few of us on the team thought was scored way too high. I asked him to check it again, and told him where we thought it would be. He was about 20" too high. Contact Fitz if we need to replace someone that hasn't checked in. Make sure everyone on the team is posting deer they killed per the instructions listed by Fitz. It's amazing how many people miss the part "read the instructions before you sign up". Make sure the deer that scores 150" does just that. Granted a picture is just that but there isn't a 110" deer that looks like a 150" deer. Some people just don't know how to "correctly" score a deer. Can't be afraid to ask a question of something that looks fishy, whether it is our team or another. I know it is for fun, but some people just need taught the correct way, and not "that's what I've heard". A lot of people feel insulted when you say "are you sure that deer scored that". Several of us, from different teams, questioned a guy last year on a deer that wouldn't have scored 100", let alone 130". No matter how we asked, it didn't sink in. His team didn't win and he isn't on our team this year. That's what comes to mind of what I've done. Also, make sure our number matches what Fitz tallies up as the total. We're all human and make mistakes.
Unfortunatly my wish didn't come true. Right around the same time you posted that I droped my phone and jacked up the screen.. But that is a cool photo.
I like Deadly Dozen as well. Nice pictures everyone, looks like we have some shooters just need to connect.
