I'll be hunting southwest Arkansas. The area I'm in has a six deer limit with no more than two being bucks. I own 80 acres of land that is about 4 miles from the house that I'll be hunting on. Bow season opens on the 23rd of September so I still have 40 days until the season starts. Looking forward to meeting everyone on the team and having a good season.
Skywalker Signing in. I recognize a few screen names on out team. For those that don't know me, I'll tell you a little about myself and my hunting setup. I own and live on 40 acres in NW Missouri. I typically spend most of my time hunting that 40 acres and have had some pretty good success, taking bucks off the property 5 of the last 6 years. 3 of which have been just shy of 150". Right now, I don't have a single shooter on my trail cameras, but I've come to find that to be typical on my property. Once they shed the velvet and the bachelor groups break up, I generally have a few quality bucks start to show up on my property. We don't produce many giants in my area, and the ones that are around are typically not on my property but most years I have a good chance a harvesting a quality buck. I have a couple other properties that I can hunt along with some public land if necessary. Let's have fun, and good luck to everyone on the team.

Well this will be an interesting year for me. About a month or so back I lost permission to a property that I have been hunting for the last 7 years. I had put in a ton of time with food plots and land management and have passed on several nice bucks waiting for this season. This was my only piece of private land that I had permission to hunt so now I am resorting to public land unless I can get lucky with a last minute spot. I am also planning a trip down to Tennessee this season to hunt some great deer that a buddy has been collecting pictures of all summer!
