What is even more surprising is that companies like HBO and other "streaming" services haven't shored up their security on vulnerable servers. Hackers have very sophisticated tools these days that are cheap and easy to use--even from mom's basement--and for all the revenue they are making, you'd think they would hire a consulting firm or cyber security team to take steps to mitigate these kinds of leaks. They essentially will continue to be regarded as an easy target now. Typically companies don't act on vulnerabilities until they are breached, and you can expect more of this going forward. It's easy money for these guys, and they know the information they are stealing is going to be valuable. Hence the ransom demand. 1.5 terabytes on an internet facing server...smh.
That was some deep water Jamie Fell into that close to shore! LOL God I love this show!! Since season one episode one, can't get enough of it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dunno, but it wouldn't be the first time. He still has one good hand to give up. I still think his ultimate outcome is adding a "Queen" to his nickname. Won't have the same ring to it tho.
So, I've been watching some "theory" videos about the next few episodes, if they are accurate, it's about to get super duper real. Lots of poop, lots of fans, poop's going to be all over the place. I don't think I ever anticipated the next episodes so much as I have this season.
Same here. For one thing, the show is now so far past the books that I no longer have any blueprint to anticipate what will happen so the show is now almost spoiler free from the books influence at least. The fan theories are fun but are generally pretty far off. Some are close or even spot on but you still never know for sure until the episodes come and go. As far as Jamie getting captured, I don't know. It's hard to imagine he'd get away. Tyrion saw what happened and of course Danny was right there when they went into the water. Of course I doubt she knew who Jamie was in person but still I doubt she's going to let a high ranking officer who tried to kill her go without trying to get them out of the water. Of course Tyrion may help Jamie and Danny may not have seen what happened past Drogon's flame burst. I think that water was a river so I can imagine the writers could write a way for Jamie to not be captured if they want but I think it's a long shot he doesn't get captured. I wonder if maybe that's what Varys and Tyrion are discussing in the Ep5 preview where Varys says "You need to find a way to make her listen." Maybe Danny is going to execute Jamie and for some reason Varys and Tyrion think he's too important a prisoner to just kill off...dunno.
Almost time! I think I'm gonna watch last weeks episode lead into tonight's show Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
