I'm sure this will turn into a s.show, but I have to make a decision on a few bows. No need to go outside of what I've listed, these are what I have found and narrowed my results. I have shot a z7 (not a magnum), and helim, but have not shot the Creed.
    All Mathews:
    - Creed XS: $550. 28.5" Draw. Trophy ridge sights, accessories, etc. Looks clean
    - Helim: $800, 29/70. SpotHogg 5pin, Axiom Stab, QAD rest. Looks clean
    - z7 Magnum: $400, pretty basic accessories.
Me: 6ft, 29/70. Currently shooting PSE BruteX. Hunt turkey/deer.
If you had a choice, what would you choose and why? I am leaning towards the Helim, but the Creed seems well priced as well. Z7 is nice, but I am on the fence. I honestly do not think any would be a bad chocie, just want to get perspective outside of my own.

I'll even put the links for you to view:

Of your choices, I liked the Helium the best. The Helium package also has the best sight and rest of the setups you have listed.

However, I think it is $150 to $250 over priced at $800.

I have not seen many other Heli-m prices to compare. I think he is adding the price of the sights, stab, etc. I'm actually leaning towars the Creed xs now that I keep looking at them.

What are the years on the bows? Seems like a great price on the z7! They're great bows. For that price you could put any accessories you want and it would still be a good buy.

Creed also looks like a good buy price-wise.

Of the three listed I liked the Z7 Magnum the best. I was very much on the fence between that bow and the Z7 Xtreme the year they came out. And as much as I loved my Xtreme I always kind of wished I had gotten a Magnum.

At $400 you should have some money left in the pot to ditch that lame sight and get something nicer. The Arrow Web quiver and rest both look pretty nice.

The Helium is the greatest bow since the Switchback.

It sure on years, I have not called the folks yet for details. I do like the z7 price though, plenty of room to add cool guy stuff.

I've heard nothing but goods things about the z7, or any of the three here. Hard to tell too much from pictures, but it's seems pretty lightly used.

I've heard/seen that a lot, I've **** one and it's pretty sweet, but the other Mathews I've shot have been pretty sweet too.

    I love my Heli-m!
I bought it right when the Creed XS and all came out. Tried the Creed series and just felt much more comfortable in the Heli-m. I think the Heli-m is a smoother bow too but that's just personal opinion.

Best advice is to go to the bow shop and try each one out. Figure out which fits you best and go with it!

Slight side bar- what's the performance difference b/t a z7X and z7 Magnum? The Xs were longer ATA and more brace; correct? How did that translate into performance?

I have a z7X and love it. My only complaint is it seems to want to come off the back wall just a touch, but as smooth, quiet, and flat shooting as it is it never bothered me much.

Well, as expected, my decision is still a difficult one. Thank you for the input, but I still cannot figure ou which route to go. I am going to shoot some new Mathews bows today and talk with some of the guys there and see what input they have. Bottom line, it seems any Mathews will serve me well. There are some Hoyts but they are pricey so I'll stick with finding a Mathews. Who knows, maybe I'll just break down and buy a new model Mathews today. If I can talk the guy with the Heli-m to come down on the price I'll probably go that route, but I really like the Creed as well, so who knows.
New bow shopping is fun and frustrating all at the same time.

Absolutely, I had bought some from Bow String Depot for my PSE and it made a world of difference.

I prefer the Helium over the others personally.

All great bows but the Helium is over priced. That should be more around 600 or so with the accessories on it. With that said the Creed XS would need a new cam to fit your draw length so you have to consider that. If the Z7 Mag draw length fits you thats the better deal in my opinion. Any chance you can shoot them first? Feel for me seals the deal. Good luck and let us know what direct you go?

Meeting guy with Heli-m tomorrow, $600 is what I think is fair, we shall see how good my negotiation skills are. I think this is the best all around used package I have found.

I was shooting the Brute X as well and just recently upgraded. I bought my bow from Mike Pearce who was on BHOD. I bought his Halon 6 loaded.
