I tried the LW quiver as well. I don't like it at all. I'd rather just strap mine together and carry them in by hand.
Nice idea but a big no thank you to using cheap plastic to hold a climbing stick to my stand. I just hook my xop sticks together then just bungy them down to the stand and rock out. Two bungies and the sticks don't move and the bungies don't weight anything.
I bought the stick talons last year and I ended up selling them. Good concept but just didnt like how they were on the stand and then being their when I was up in the tree. You can take them off but just another piece to get lost or broken. What size/kind of bunjies are you guys using to get the sticks to be nice and tight to the stand?
I love it, no more hanging sticks dangling from my belt loop,,,,, Every step you can eliminate and make the process faster is great. Kind of pricey, would gladly pay $50-$75 for four of them, to put two sticks stacked on each side. To distribute the weight more. Edit: had to change my wording because I didn't know they could hold all four sticks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
i would only need 1 pair to hold 4 sticks. i'm using the x.o.p stacking stick with 1/4 turn locking system
true but quick to judge because you tried out slimmer product and didn't like it. you cannot climb with sticks on your back and access them while you ascend, so the talons are a whole different thing...
I like the way I do it I have tried other methods but the one I came up with works best for me. I wasn't bashing the product just stating my preference. Do you have a stake in this company?
no stake. i hunt public land all the time and then i found something that could work better for me i get exited. and try to share that product with other archery hunters
Most times deer don't even care. Even if it's public land. You can't always be noise sensative. 1 you're still making noises crunching the leaves when ur walking in the woods, you're still making noise stumping and slopping in the marsh. 2 When hanging sticks and stands, ur still making a sound.
When i got the stick talons I asked about it being plastic. He said it is a marine grade plastic and very durable.
